Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
We are happy to work with you to create anything! Send us your inspiration and let's make it happen. JUNE is highly customizable.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Because we are a small business, orders sometimes experience delays when supplies are harder to get, but we will reach out to you with any updates. Processing can be up to 2 weeks or as little as one day if you are local.
Where is JUNE based?
We home base in Utah, but starting in February 2026 we will be on the east coast temporarily.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Orders over $50 ship free. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Most necklaces are made at a standard length of 17" but can absolutely adjust that per request. Send us a message through the site or DM @JuneBeadsAndCharms on Instagram.
Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Yes! Within 30 days, if there is any issue with length, we are able to resize your piece. After that, repairs or resizing will be between $5-15 depending on the issue. Customer will pay for shipping and we will cover the return shipping.
